The Pennsylvania Office Cooperative is a non-profit initiative to establish a flexible and economical alternative to leasing traditional office space in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Our mission is to provide an affordable shared office space solution by spreading operating costs over several businesses, thus allowing each participant the benefit of utilizing a professional office building at a fraction of the cost over traditional leasing agreements.

We are in the final stages of building acquisition and are currently seeking interested tenants to better determine the size and location of the final property selected. Current site selection has been narrowed to a location within the Perkiomen Valley. Interested parties are invited to complete our tenant request form to be placed on a no obligation waiting list.

Pending final property selection, leasing agreements will be offered on a first come, first served basis. Monthly rent will be all-inclusive, containing zero CAM, utility, insurance, or other hidden fees. In addition, a wide variety of cost-saving amenities such as a shared receptionist, internet access and telephone systems are planned and will be included with monthly rent.
